The year continues to be filled with great activity. I am so pleased to see our events be well attended and the increased involvement of brothers in the Council is great for our organization. There are a total number of 81 new members. We need only 19 more first degree members to hit our goal of 100. This is an exceptional accomplishment and I thank all of you who have taken the time to recruit and introduce your friends and family to the Knights of Columbus.

• Father James Devine will be celebrating 50 years a priest. As the celebration of "Year of the Priest" continues and to recognize all Father Devine has done for our Council, we will be hosting a celebration in his honor on June 13th.
